The course will teach you everything you will need to become a successful nail tech professional.
You will learn Mani, Pedi, Soft Gel, Acrylic, Hard Gel, Dipping Powder, Après Gel-X, Poly Gel, E-Filing, Basic and Advance Nail Art, and much more!

Admission Requirements

Minimum 17 years of age.

Provide proof of secondary education such as a high school diploma, a GED certificate, a transcript showing secondary school completion, or a state certification of home-school completion.

Valid SS# or ITIN letter.

Valid government issued Photo ID, DL, Passport.

A completed and signed pre-enrollment check list.

A completed and signed enrollment agreement.
Should an enrolling student provide a foreign high school diploma, the institution will work with the student to obtain an English translation of the document along with confirmation that the education received is equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma. This documentation must come from an outside agency.
In the absence of a high school diploma or GED but the applicant completed the 10th grade, he/she may take and pass an approved ability-to-benefit test administered according to the test publisher’s guidelines by an approved Independent Test Administrator. In lieu of passing an ability-to-benefit test, the applicant may enroll in and successfully complete at least 225 clock hours.
Prestige Nail School will accept hours from previous training or from another institution only if the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology recognizes the hours. Student must obtain a certificate of hours from Nevada Cosmetology Board showing hours that have been approved for transfer. Transfer hours from another institution that are accepted toward the student’s educational program are counted as both attempted and completed hours.
If a student has been withdrawn from school, he/she must be cleared through the Director to restart. Rescheduling of classes and a new starting date will be provided by the Admission’s Office and given to restart their training program. Re-entry fee: $100.

Proof of Completion of 10th grade or higher, GED or its equivalent. Foreign diplomas must be translated by ATA into English.

Pass Practical, Theory & State Law Exams

Classes Hours
Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Lunch is 12:00pm to 12:30pm
The class is broken into two sessions. THEORY and PRACTICAL.
THEORY is held Monday thru Thursday from 8:00 am to 10:00am and follows a set schedule. Each topic is covered at least three times during the course.
PRACTICAL DEMOS are held Monday thru Thursday from 10:15 am to 12:00pm and follows a set schedule. Each topic is covered at least three times during the course.
INDIVIDUAL PRACTICAL TRAININGS are conducted Monday thru Friday and follows the student. Each topic/skill advances each week. You can progress faster with instructor signs off.
After completing 100 hours, you will be allowed to service real clients. You can also practice on your friends and family.
After completing 500 hours you take the NEVADA PRACTICAL EXAM at the school.
After completing 600 hours and graduated, you may sign up for the THEORY and STATE LAW exam at the Nevada State Board of Cosmetology for $125 testing fee (the Theory & State Law exams are performed at Pearson Testing Centers). Once you pass both exams, you can apply for the Nail Technology License through Nevada State Board of Cosmetology (215 & Russell). Its 2 years for $70 or 4 years for $140.

FULL TIME: Minimum attendance of 40 hrs. per week. Graduate in 15 weeks. Tuition is $3,995
PART TIME 1: Minimum attendance of 32 hrs. per week. Graduate in 19 weeks. Tuition is $4,495.
PART TIME 2: Minimum attendance of 24 hrs. per week. Graduate in 25 weeks. Tuition is $4,995.
PART TIME 3: Minimum attendance of 16 hrs. per week. Graduate in 38 weeks. Tuition is $5,495.

Milady Standard Nail Tech & Foundations 8th edition: $150 or you can bring your own.
STEP 4
Based on your choices add everything up for your total.
All enrollments have a $100 non-refundable application fee.
The total can be split into 2 payments. 1st half is due when enrolling and 2nd half is due on the week shown below.
